Clients come to coaching for various reasons. They may want to make changes in their personal lives, their professional lives or in their relationships. They may be in transition, in the process of redefining themselves, and want to discover how they can bring more meaning into their lives. They want to make the most of their gifts and talents. Using Positive Psychology principles and the principles of Strengths-Based coaching, we work together to discover just what these gifts and talents are. With these powerful concepts, my clients learn to make the most of these signature strengths to achieve their desired goals and create the lives they vision for themselves.

  • An in-depth assessment of where you are now, and where you want to go, using the Positive Psychology model and Strengths-Based Coaching principles.

  • A customized Wellness Plan we develop together, and a Blueprint with modules covering Body, Mind and Spirit.
  • Weekly assignments designed to further your learning and growth, and to implement your personal plan, along with Weekly accountability to keep you moving ahead.
  • Personalized attention, with coaching tailored to you and your unique requirements.
  • A one hour Visioning Call will get you started before we begin. After that, we will have two group Training calls a month. (Calls will be recorded so that you will have them for your own private library.) You will also receive two 15-minute private coaching sessions monthly for 12 weeks, and email support with a 48-hour response time.
  • Each Friday you will receive an accountability email from me which I will ask you to complete and return. In this way, we can review your progress and accomplishments, as well as any challenges you may be experiencing, or support you may need as you move ahead.
  • Access to my personal library of Resources relating to health, wellness, fitness, spirituality, lifestyle and personal style.
  • Complimentary admission to any workshop or teleclass I do for the 12 weeks you are in the program.

Schedule

This is a small group Coaching Program. Enrollment will be limited to 8 participants and will close at capacity. Training calls will take place twice monthly (1st and 3rd week of the month) at a pre-arranged date and time. Private laser coaching sessions will be scheduled on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month at the mutual convenience of coach and client.
