Group Coaching


Group coaching is available on a weekly and monthly basis. Groups meet for one hour and will focus in-depth for 3 months on wellness topics, such as weight management, reducing stress, time management, smoking cessation, developing confidence, and other important topics.  Each group is limited to 6-8 participants so that everyone will benefit from individual attention centering on their particular situation, as well as group support.
