I created my 1-1 Reach Your Peak VIP Day to give you a roadmap and the practical support and coaching you need to get started and be successful.
The evidence-based strategies and techniques that I will share during our time together are strategies and everyday practices that I personally use and share with my other VIP clients for continued and consistent success.
So what, exactly, is a VIP Day? This is a day of retreat that is completely devoted to YOU – your Body, Mind and Spirit – to jumpstart you on the path to success and wellbeing. We start where you are, create a vision of where you want to go, and create a step-by-step plan to get there. You get one-on-one personalized coaching catered to your needs and goals with a customized, focused blueprint on how to achieve your vision.
Here’s what you get:
- A pre-session focus form that will clarify your goal for our work day, and create the agenda
- A comprehensive Wellness Evaluation and Assessments tailored uniquely to you and your situation
- Specific goal setting and visioning, to design your objectives;
- 4-1/2 hours of one-on-one coaching (with breaks?)
You will leave with a personalized Blueprint, a clear and focused plan, and action steps that you can start taking right away to make your vision a reality.
We will have two 30-minute follow up sessions within 4 weeks to track your progress, make adjustments and navigate obstacles. I will also be available to you via email during that time.
