As we step into the New Year, I encourage you to pause and set an intention for the year ahead. Think of one small but meaningful way you can nurture your well-being—whether it’s prioritizing rest, moving your body, extending yourself in your community, or cultivating gratitude each day – the beginning of the year is an ideal time to consider taking a step in a new direction. When we take the initiative to make a change in a significant area of our life, we often find that other areas begin to improve as well. For example, getting more rest can lead us to feel more energetic, increasing our desire to get outside and exercise, or to feel more energized and creative at work.
